Demonstrate Instructional Strategies

As a teacher and an administrator, I demonstrate research-based instructional strategies daily. VARONIKA HARDMAN, EdD

Since 2004, I have held leadership or instructional positions at universities, colleges, and middle schools. I am certified in K-12 Leadership, English, Middle Grades, Special Education, and Gifted. Additionally, I have a doctorate in Higher Education, Curriculum and Leadership. For five years, I have effectively taught online higher education courses -- teaching graduate education majors who have never written a lesson plan all the way up through veteran educators pursuing their doctorates. I am proficient in creating professional development materials as well as modeling strategies to improve faculty capacity.
